All treatments with crystals (not only with crystal wands) should always be accompanied by two measures. One of these concerns our partner*, the other one our crystals.

Metabolism-OK Each energetic application activates the reorganization of the body and psyche. As in every other work here also slag may apply. The remodeling of cells and cell clusters will require an increased removal of  degraded structures, the "reycling-matter". Quite often the body has stored toxins within it could not dispose of. With our treatments they are now being released in a higher degree. This is particularly true for fat cells and the connective tissue.

Metabolism-bad
These conversion processes occur energetically in the body, soul and psyche where we get often leaner in the truest sense of the word. Then decision making is more consistent and the flow of the energy is more continuous.
 
These physical and spiritual and mental processes require a significantly increased amount of drinking water and herbal tea - and, if possible accompanied by homoepathic drugs. Please ask your medical practitioner.

This text was taken from my book "CRYSTAL WANDS". There, the methods are described and illustrated in detail.

Before the first use and periodically after each massage, you should thoroughly clean your crystal wands. If you have worked with massage oils, so first remove the remains of the oil and rub the wands thoroughly dry. If necessary, you can disinfect the crystal wands with alcohol. Subsequently, these should then be cleansed of absorbed energy and information.

Keep your crystal wand for a minute or more under running water and rub it vigorously with your fingers. Take the wand from the water and then place it in an amethyst druse or a piece of amethyst. The amethyst then clears the last remaining of any third-party information.
