Modern
analytical crystal healing follows 4 clear principles which are easy to
understand. Though crystal healing has a long history in all cultures
and has proven its effects in many was, it is not accepted by medical
sciences. We want to point out that it doesn't replace medical
evaluations or treatments.
The Principle
of Forming
Primary
means that the crystal comes directly from the magma These gemstones
are therefore "starter" of
developments and assistants to find oneself
Examples include Aquamarine, Bronzite, Dumortierite,
Labradorite, Sunstone, Obsidian
Secondary crystals
are formed due to weathering. The sediments are
compressed by the weight of the overlying mountains. This
will
give them a different shape
and stucture.
Secondary crystals are therefore "conflict
solver". They help to lead to further
developments and to promote flexibility.
Examples are Malachite, Opalith, Chalcedony, Petrified Wood
Tertiary
means that a
mineral is during the decline in direction magma in
the vicinity of hot zones and changes by these circumstances its
crystalline structure.
Tertiary gems are
therefore "solver" of developments that help us to quit well deprecated
states.
Examples
include Aventurine, Rhodonite, Lapis Lazuli, Tiger Iron, Nephrite,
Zoisite

likes good order and
careful planing
-

hexagonal
is objective and goal-oriented -
Apatite, Aquamarine, Sugilite

trigonal
likes it convenient, simple and
stable - Agate, Amethyst, Rock
Crystal, Tourmaline

tetragonal adapt
to all situations and open for new things
- Nephrit, Apophyllite, Zirkon

orthorhombic sense
of community, is unobtrusively -
Aragonite, Bronzite,
Dumortierite

monoclinic
tends to change permanently, is careful
-
Malachite, Selenite, Serpentine

triklinic
is pleasure-oriented and very emotional
- Labradorite,
Rhodonite,
Sunstone

amorphous
is freedom-loving and spontaneous -
Opalite, Obsidian
The
Principle
of Chemistry

i.e.
the chemical ingredients, salts and molecular groups represent a
large field where I like to refer to the great work of
Michael Gienger who has extensively described the issue.
The same applies to the minerals
which illuminate our spiritual and mental abilities. Here, too, I like
to refer to the great work of Michael and other authors.
The
Principle
of directing Energies
No matter what we do, basically energy direction has 2 directions.
Ether there is a lack of energy or there is excessive energy. Both
states we can influence with crystals in order to harmonise body, mind
and spirit. In the end, that leads to a more contented life and we have
a chance to become more consistent and balanced within ourselves.
Lack of Energy
In times of high demand we exhaust our energy. The same applies to our
organs when we overstrain their capabilities and in Traditional Chinese
Medicine a meridian also can suffer when being empty of energy. In all
these cases we can use crystals. For our mental and bodily state we can
wear a pendant or a necklace of activating crystals, as there are
Garnet, Tiger Eye, Apatite or Red Jasper. These crystal qualities we
may use as well as spheres or wands to massage reflexology zones or
meridian points. Furthermore we can place a crystal chunk on our office
desk for refuelling our energy in periods of stress.
Surplus of
Energy
There are times when we feel a basic anger or a nervousness. These are
often signs of excessive energy. In our body we experience this energy
state as irritations or of a plenteous meridian. Here, relaxing
crystals are necessary to calm the situation. Crystals for this purpose
would be Amethyst, Agate, Aventurine green or Sodalite. Again the
applications may be to wear them, massage with them or to place them in
the room we live or work. An example would be a soothing massage of the
muscles with a Magnesite sphere to reduce tensions
